Description The shift is 2pm - 10pm Friday - Tuesday. Training is the first 4 weeks 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. This contract will go until May 2025 with high likelihood to go perm. Ideally, we are looking for someone who held a role within an emergency call center and someone with great customer service skills. Past REQ Qual Security operations specialist 24/7 center Physical security call center/emergency response center Monitor our branch alarms, response to those different alarms Incoming calls - angry customers in branch, medical emergency, robbery response, etc. Need someone with strong Customer service - phone, call center experience Plus would be within security realm There could be big things they are exposed to - police, victims of Violence, etc. Emergency operations center, security ops center, etc. Interview: 30 minutes with 2 people - 1 hour total Job Description: Reports directly to the Security Operations Center Manager, but takes tactical direction from Security Operations Center Lead Answers incoming calls regarding suspicious activity and/or security related events Creates reports and maintains detailed logs of all calls and activities Contacts relevant security and non-security colleagues to coordinate response or for assistance resolving issues Monitors complex alarm and surveillance systems and coordinates appropriate response to alerts Basic Qualifications: High School diploma/GED 1+ years of experience either in an emergency call center or security experience Preferred Qualifications: Technology experience (i.e. MS Office) Experience working in a dispatch or alarm monitoring center Bachelor's degree Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task Work effectively within a high intensity environment Skills* Security, Customer service, Emergency, emergency response Top Skills Details Security,Customer service,Emergency,emergency response Additional Skills & Qualifications Huntington RTR By replying to this email, I am giving consent to TEKsystems to represent me for the requisition noted below.
