Are you a versatile and compassionate nurse seeking a dynamic role? Join our team as an RN - Departmental Float at Community Memorial Hospital! In this pivotal role, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across multiple departments, including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency, and Infusion services. You'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring patient safety and delivering exceptional care while adapting to the diverse needs of each unit. This position offers the opportunity to build a broad skill set and gain experience in various areas of patient care. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed. Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient's needs and medical goals. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established the Iowa Board of Nursing Preferred Qualifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC - (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred #WM123
