Junior Contract Manager (PAID TEMPORARY INTERNSHIP) - Woodstock, GA / Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing pre-award and award documentation for contracts. Aid in source selections and help draft source selection documents. Maintain accurate records of correspondence and documentation related to established and ongoing contracts. Monitor contract progress and support the close-out, extension, or renewal process to ensure the best outcome for the company. Compile and deliver presentations to clients and suppliers regarding contract status and performance. Collect and collate data for forecasting and planning purposes, ensuring contracts align with company goals. Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary functional teams. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Major: Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Location: Woodstock, GA (Hybrid) Internship Length: May - August 2025
