MTSI is an aggressively growing company and change is consistent and constant to (a) meet the needs of our customers and to (b) meet the needs of our employees. As such, MTSI has embarked on significant change initiatives in order to meet these demand signals. Change management is necessary because it guides how we prepare, equip, and support individuals to successfully adopt change, driving organizational success.

There are 3 immediate (2025) changes we need to prepare for as soon as possible.

This position will work in partnership with specific leaders around several key initiatives including:

• Building a continuous learning culture - creating visibility around tools, resources and training available to all employees
• Launching a new comprehensive HRIS in March 2025 - prepare for new functionality and workflows
• Evolving MTSI's recruiting tech stack to one that leverages AI, a modern UX platform and accelerated, intuitive searching

• Pervious experience with workforce development initiatives and change management initiatives is essential.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Clearance Requirements:

• Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
