ATI is currently seeking a Shipping/Receiving Attendant to join us at our facility located in Coon Valley, WI. Additional Responsibilities: Unloads/opens all incoming packages. Uses crane and hand-operated equipment to aid in unloading. Checks in incoming supplies with packing slips to ensure accuracy and completion Conducts daily forklift inspections Operates various types of forklift trucks to shift, stack and load other trucks. Transports loads as directed. Exercises care in operating vehicle, observing and following all safety protocols Moves incoming supplies and material to proper storage areas Pack products in boxes, crates, etc or on pallets to conform to specifications and requirements. Checks shipment for correct materials, packing and crating, tagging and handling instructions, loading and bracing. Completes necessary paperwork. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must complete ATI Forged Products Coon Valley fork truck training session Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications) Basic carpentry fundamentals 1-2 years of shipping and handling methods and warehouse and inventory control procedures Skills Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team High attention to detail We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
