The role of the Branch MSR I is to assist members and potential members with their financial needs. This includes explaining credit union services, processing transactions, resolving member inquiries, and directing members to appropriate resources. The role combines teller operations with exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and promote the credit union's products and services.
