Position Overview:

IPS is seeking marketing professionals to support and grow our high-performing marketing operations. This early-career role will focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and support internal communications for our industrial products and services.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate leads and support sales.

  • Content Development: Create and edit content (webinars, blogs, case studies) that aligns with our brand.
  • Digital Marketing: Support SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ads. Analyze and optimize campaign performance.
  • Market Research: Track industry trends and competitor activity to improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and provide support tools for sales.
  • Event Planning: Organize and support industry events to boost brand visibility.
  • Brand & Product Positioning: Develop messaging and promotional materials to differentiate our brand.
  • Reporting: Track marketing metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordinator or generalist role. We're looking for someone eager to learn and grow in a marketing career, with a foundation in project management, communications, and campaign support.
  • Skills You'll Need:
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus, but we can help you develop these skills further.
