Overview Information Services Tech III provides advanced technical support and guidance to end-users and Information Services Techs I and II and plays a key role in managing complex technical issues ensuring efficient operation of the company's desktop computing environment. The technician is part of a team responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Qualifications
Physical Requirements Lifting Requirements -light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements -stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling, and reaching. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
