Molex is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for owning the program financials for our digital manufacturing transformation initiatives and supporting the global operations capability. The ideal candidate will partner with division and plant finance teams, as well as operational excellence teams, to continuously innovate and transform operations. What You Will Do * Own the program financials for digital manufacturing transformation initiatives. * Support global operations capability through financial analysis and reporting. * Partner with division and plant finance teams to ensure alignment and drive financial performance. * Collaborate with operational excellence teams to assess monetary value realized from key partnerships. * Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts. * Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to provide actionable insights. * Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. * Assist in budgeting and strategic planning processes. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role. * SAP experience * Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. What Will Put You Ahead * CPA would be a plus! * Manufacturing experience * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000-$105,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
