Deploying software updates and security patches across an organization's network using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Qualys vulnerability management. Expects the developer to be extremely well rounded in managing and deploying software updates and security patches across an organization's network using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Qualys vulnerability management, ensuring timely patching compliance while minimizing disruption to users by testing, scheduling, and monitoring patch deployments, often requiring strong scripting skills (like PowerShell) to automate processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Education: Preferred Education: 4-year college degree Years of Relevant Experience: 10 plus years Key Skills: SCCM/Qualys patch management Development Skills: Solutions design; Project technical planning; Analysis and design; Communication; Testing and implementation; Recommends software reusability guidelines; Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation. Development Tools: SCCM/Qualys patch management, PowerShell and VB scripting, WQL/SQL query Documentation: Create Technical documentation with application functionality and test methods, various flow diagrams (Business/Functional) Skills needed for this project: SCCM/Qualys patch management, monitor for emerging vulnerabilities and prioritize critical patches, analyze patch compliance reports to identify and address potential security risks, investigate and resolve patch deployment issues. *Skills* sccm, Qualys, ecm, technical documentation *Top Skills Details* sccm, Qualys *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $64.00/hr.
