Role Description & Responsibilities
Our Dassault Systemes Enablement team is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office! We are seeking a creative and motivated Instructional Design Intern to join our Enablement team and contribute to the development of engaging training content and learning materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in instructional design, multimedia content creation, and digital learning development. As an intern, you will support the creation of high-quality learning materials that align with sales training initiatives. You will work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop learning solutions, job aids, webinars, and other training resources.
Qualifications
In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and employee functions. Besides the above, a sense of adventure and a willingness to have fun through work are great tools at our disposal. If you enjoy learning new things while working with a friendly group of highly skilled individuals, this could be a great fit for you! Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $20 - $24 per hour.
