INTERNSHIP: Instructional Design

Role Description & Responsibilities

Our Dassault Systemes Enablement team is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office!

We are seeking a creative and motivated Instructional Design Intern to join our Enablement team and contribute to the development of engaging training content and learning materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in instructional design, multimedia content creation, and digital learning development.

As an intern, you will support the creation of high-quality learning materials that align with sales training initiatives. You will work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop learning solutions, job aids, webinars, and other training resources.

• Assist in the development of training materials, including outlining, content gathering, formatting, and quality assurance

• Support the creation of microlearning videos, including scripting, video editing, and publishing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and professional design across all materials.
• Engage with business process owners and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in document management and archiving of learning materials for future use.
• Develop and maintain KPI to validate effectiveness of the learning delivery

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Canva) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $20 - $24 per hour.
