Responsibilities:



  • Conduct routine and for cause auditing/monitoring including by attending live Vanda programs
  • Provide business insights based on review of vanda programs and business activities
  • Review and analyze quarterly data
  • Assess audit trends and evaluate opportunities for growth and retraining
  • Update and deliver training to new employee hires
  • Assist with developing risk mitigation strategies and methods to effectively operationalize compliance
  • Assist with researching, drafting and updating corporate compliance policies and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate schedules to meet deadlines, maintain spreadsheets, trackers and documentation
  • Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate


The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to exercise appropriate judgment aligned with Company values
  • Ability to travel domestically frequently
  • Detailed oriented and adept with data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Customer service oriented and a positive attitude
  • Ability to identify underlying issues and deal with ambiguity in complex situations
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize time, meet deadlines and deal with confidential information
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
