The analyst will play a critical role by providing broad-based analytics support for corporate strategic initiatives to drive improved delivery excellence and effectiveness in our organization. The ideal candidate is both strategic and action-oriented and thrives as part of a fast-paced and results-driven team. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to merge disparate data from multiple sources, perform meaningful analysis, and communicate the results effectively to customers. Responsibilities: Support corporate decision making by providing value-added reports and analysis including monthly and quarterly revenue and expense forecasting Ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling with the goal of highlighting actionable insights to the business leaders and customers Drive process improvement as necessary within financial planning and reporting Support executive management and program management by providing timely ad hoc reporting using advanced data mining techniques Assist internal business units with project-based analytical work and pricing analysis including assisting in contract proposals Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support Assist in the invoicing process and revenue recognition Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a Finance or Accounting focus 1+ year experience in financial analysis and data analysis Experience with relational databases and an understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools Some experience with ERP systems is preferable Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, challenging environment, while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Access skills Strong personal and interactive skills with all levels of management Attention to detail Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance Salary: $60k+ to align with education and experience Hybrid: 2-3 days a week onsite Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
