APS is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing user stories, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), providing data analysis, troubleshooting issues, and offering production support for the website and mobile app. This role requires a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user-centric digital products. Key Responsibilities: * Write User Stories & Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable agile user stories and acceptance criteria for website and mobile app features. * User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute test cases based on user stories to ensure that new features meet business needs and quality standards. Coordinate with developers and end-users to resolve issues found during testing. * Problem Solving & Implementation: Identify, analyze, and resolve issues affecting the website and app, including functional defects, performance problems, or usability concerns. Collaborate with technical teams to implement fixes. * Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to website and app usage, user behavior, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve user experience and optimize functionality. * Production Support: Offer timely support for production issues, ensuring the website and app run smoothly and meet user expectations. Work with the technical team to resolve critical issues quickly and efficiently. * Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to improve operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and the overall digital experience. Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming activities to ensure alignment with business goals. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and a shared understanding of business needs and project timelines.
