Has experience in Service desk, taking calls and handling users over voice, chat, email and self service tickets. Responsibilities * Adhere to Schedule, SLAs, Metrics and Industry standards * Comply with company processes and Quality Standards * Keep up to date with the latest features and updates in the computer systems and applications * Application development or application support experience is an added advantage Qualifications Provide support, troubleshoot, and assist users with Computer and application issuesSupport over voice, email, chat and self-service ticketsWork with end-users to understand and solve their issuesWork closely with other IT support teams and end-users to ensure system consistency and efficiency * Must be proficient in English * Proven work experience as a Service Desk Analyst or similar role * Strong knowledge of Computer systems and applications * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and in a team Desired but not required * Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Salary and Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 to $74,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
