In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of the action, overseeing the daily operations of our Slot Operations team during your shift. You'll lead by example, ensuring staff duties are performed to the highest standards and in line with our property's policies and procedures. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Employee Engagement & Support: Foster a positive work environment by checking in with employees, addressing concerns, and promoting top performance. Communication & Leadership: Share updates, listen to feedback, and set the example by following and reinforcing S.H.O.W. standards. Scheduling & Staffing: Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage while maintaining exceptional service levels. Training & Development: Coach and mentor employees, ensuring they understand expectations, company programs, and guest service standards. Guest & Employee Issue Resolution: Professionally handle and resolve concerns to maintain a positive experience for both employees and guests. Operational & HR Support: Assist the Shift Manager with HR responsibilities, policy enforcement, and step in as needed to ensure smooth operations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a slots or casino environment. Certifications: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness card. Guest & Employee Focus: Strong background in delivering exceptional employee and guest experiences.
