Responsibilities

  • This position entails becoming an expert in an important new manufacturing technology, requiring a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, inter-team communication, and flawless execution.
  • A qualified candidate will have strong writiten and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong technical background.
  • Requires flexibility in scheduling, as a new hire will be training during standard business hours for a period of 3-6 months, then be prepared to transition to a night shift with the following parameters:
    • The position requires working nights on a compressed workweek, following a weekly alternating 4x12 and 3x12 work schedule.
  • Respective candidates must have a strong work ethic and be very reliable and dependable.

Qualifications

  • Skilled hand-eye coordination is imperative for proper handling and movement of parts
  • Experience with aspects of integrated circuit fabrication processing including but not limited to sort or visual inspection desired.
  • Team communication and collaboration
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

This position requires access to technology and/or technical data that is subject to U.S. export controls. You must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

Pay Range:

USD $65,730.00 - USD $109,550.00 Year
