Lead Qualification Specialist-remote

About This Role

The role will be primarily responsible for contacting potential leads via inbound and outbound calls in support of marketing lead generation campaigns. Lead generation activities will consist of conducting extensive call, email and social media campaigns with the focus of generating qualified leads that can be used by sales team to generate new opportunities for driving sales.



  • Receive incoming calls and emails and qualify for potential hot leads
  • Responsible for contacting and nurturing all unqualified leads/contacts/prospects from marketing campaigns via outbound calls to qualify the opportunity
  • Compose compelling communications/scripts for email, phone, social media and voicemail follow up/messaging designed to engage a desired prospect action
  • Ensure all contacts (Phone, Email and other) are logged correctly in CRM with ongoing activities, tasks, reminders, notes and information documented for visibility to all team members
  • Meet monthly activity metrics set for call volume, appointments scheduled
  • Complete preliminary lead calls and gather required information for lead assignment to sales team
  • Create and update reports in Salesforce
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and within sales and marketing teams

Salary Range $16.25 - $23.00 / hourly


Minimum Requirements

  • Associates and/or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1+ years of experience with inside sales preferred.
  • Meticulous with CRM activity documentation and customer response monitoring
  • Strong listening, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in outbound customer contact areas - outbound calling, e-mails, texts and content delivery


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 1+ years of experience in the B2B technology industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Organized, systematic, and detail oriented.
  • Results-oriented and high achiever.
  • Advanced understanding of computers and navigating the Internet.
