About the opportunity
SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Cultural Resources Project Manager to join our Pacific Northwest team. Our team of accomplished environmental and cultural resources scientists is growing, and we are looking for dynamic individuals who are following their passion in delivering the highest-quality cultural resources compliance services. You will be responsible for managing client, agency, and Tribe relationships through project management, supervising staff, successfully winning and executing projects, typically focused on archaeological investigation, and leading projects to completion. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity reporting to our Portland, OR Cultural Resources Team Lead. This position can be worked remotely or hybrid supporting one of our Pacific Northwest offices (Corvallis, OR, Portland, OR, or Whitefish, MT). Candidates local to the subregion are strongly preferred. This position will primarily be desktop based with less than 20% travel/fieldwork. SWCA Environmental Consultants is an employee-owned company of environmental professionals who specialize in environmental planning, natural and cultural resource management, and regulatory compliance. Our company purpose is to preserve the natural and cultural resources for tomorrow while enabling projects that benefit people today. An employee in this PNW U.S. based position can expect a salary of $77,395/year to $100,327/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
