The Professional Development (PD) Operations Scheduler position is a contract position through August 2025 that focuses on two key areas: scheduling of professional development sessions, and supporting data review and monitoring. Members of the Professional Development (PD) Operations team are an integral part of the overall success of Amplify, as well as the success of our partnerships with school districts across the country. Essential Responsibilities: Our PD Operations Schedulers are responsible for the logistics and scheduling of Amplify Professional Development (PD) using Salesforce. PD Operations Schedulers support the initial preparation and scheduling of all Amplify products, ensuring PD engagements are scheduled on the customer's preferred date and modality with a highly qualified trainer for optimal implementation results. Additional Information: Time: This is a full time, contract position to support our busy spring and summer season from mid-April 2025 through August 2025. Expected working hours are Monday through Friday during regular business hours in the candidate's respective time zone, with the potential for alternative hours during our busiest weeks. Location: This is a remote position that requires that you are both permitted to work in and currently live in the United States. You must also be able to provide a quiet and professional work environment. Equipment: This position requires access to reliable home internet that can support web browsing and video calling. A laptop computer will be provided. Compensation: This position may be funded, in whole or in part, through American Recovery & Reinvestment Act funds.
