Full time - 40hrs/wk. Schedule: Wed &Thursday 10am-8:30pm, Friday 9am-6:30pm and Saturday 10am -8:30pm.
Join our dynamic interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional support to patients in their first year of recovery from alcohol and other drug addictions. As a Recovery Support Specialist, your role will be vital in ensuring patients in early abstinence are monitored, cared for, and empowered in their journey toward long-term recovery. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with fellow team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Support New Patients: Welcome and assist new patients as they enter the program, guiding them through paperwork, orientation, and helping them settle in with ease. Treatment Plan Implementation: Play an active role in assisting the treatment team in executing comprehensive treatment plans, focusing on individual progress.
