Staffmark is teaming up with a dynamic and growing company in Lake Worth, TX, to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! Our client specializes in auctioning and selling work equipment and supplies, and they are looking for a customer-focused professional to join their team. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service and eager to go the extra mile, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $19/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Daily tasks include communicating with internal and external customers to clarify terms and conditions, promptly responding to inquiries and concerns through phone and email and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also includes building and maintaining positive relationships by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications: Customer service experience, 1-3 years of related experience. Other requirements include sitting at desk for long periods of time, computer literate, flexible schedule, and must be bilingual.
