Execution Banker

Execution Banker (Investec USA Holdings Corp, NY, NY) Collaborate on origination, structuring & execution of project & corporate finance transactions in the Energy & Infrastructure sector. Resp for the creation of comprehensive & compelling mktg materials, incl pitches & syndication docs. Interface w/ borrower's counsel, consultants, & other lenders. Resp for credit underwriting process. Dvlp fin'l models & perform analysis to evaluate risk profiles of the projects in the energy & infrastructure sector. Conduct due diligence on projects & companies involved in transactions. Analyze third party consultant reports & extract valuable insights from reports. Reqmts: Bachelor's deg or foreign equiv deg in Finance, Economics, Civil Engg, Engg Mechanics, or rltd quantitative fields; + 5 yrs of exp in the position offd or rltd occupation working on fin'l analysis & evaluation of projects in the Energy & Infrastructure sector. Must also have 3 yrs of exp w/ projects in the Energy & Infrastructure sector in: conducting due diligence on projects & companies involved in transactions, incl performing detailed examination of fin'l records, legal docs, & other relevant info to assess the feasibility & risks of the transactions; analyzing third party consultant reports & extracting valuable insights from the reports; dvlpg fin'l models & performing analysis to evaluate risk profiles of the projects; & reviewing project progress, incl construction budgets & schedules.
