The Talent Acquisition Manager provides leadership and execution for the full recruiting cycle for Aspire Bakeries within a defined region supporting our Bakeries. The Manager partners with HRBP's, Hiring Managers, Bakery Directors and leaders within the region on recruiting, sourcing, selecting, and hiring diverse new talent across the region within the scope of OFCCP regulations. The Manager will develop and implement strategies to streamline the recruitment process and increase recruiting efficiency, as well as manage the actual execution of the sourcing and recruitment process.

Accountabilities:



  • Manage the regional recruitment process for internal and external efforts supporting multiple locations
  • Provide recruitment support and guidance to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Engage managers with hiring and employment data around candidate pipeline availability, market compensation trends, sourcing, interview and selection tools
  • Develop a regional recruitment strategy focused on job posting optimization, recruiting marketing development, digital and non-digital social media marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning efforts in identifying future talent needs
  • Develop and execute effective regional sourcing strategies to build a solid talent pipeline for current and future open roles within the organization
  • Drive the effective use of the applicant tracking system to track and manage applicants through an OFCCP compliant recruitment and selection process
  • Develop a strategy to drive improvement of the candidate experience and manage candidate communities


Qualifications:



  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in strategic talent acquisition role is required. Experience in the food manufacturing or CPG industry is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including requirements for federal contractors (e.g., OFCCP compliance).
  • Proven sourcing expertise including knowledge and practical experience with recruitment tools including applicant tracking system(s), Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a proven record of collaboration cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills with a consistent record of delivering results.
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, local and provincial employment laws and regulations.
  • Required travel: 0-25%


Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
