Your role in our success will be...

The Manager, Operations Compliance ensures the operational compliance of the company's natural gas transmission and distribution pipeline and propane facilities. The role leads the team directly responsible for oversight of all aspects of operation compliance for the organization including administration of accurate records, manuals, standards and procedures for operational safety and regulatory compliance with FERC, PHMSA and other applicable state or local agencies across all operating territories.

What you'll be working on...



  • Supervises staff which are responsible for compliance oversight activities.
  • Oversees and facilitates the reoccurring updates of operational manuals, standards and
  • procedures for natural gas and propane operations.
  • Develops and maintains audit program related to operational compliance.
  • Identifies and supports necessary updates to work management systems for ensuring alignment of compliance requirement with proper work schedules.
  • Maintains and manages relationships with Federal, State and Local regulatory authorities and
  • oversees agency compliance and audit activities.
  • Oversees the performance of the team in relation to production and safety goals.
  • Participates in industry organizations such as Interstate Natural Gas Association of America
  • (INGAA) and/or the American Gas Association (AGA).
  • Provides assistance to other areas of the business as needed in support of pipeline operations.


Who you are...



  • Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Engineering or other technical degree.
  • Five (5) years' experience in natural gas operations, engineering, or safety.
  • Proficient knowledge of natural gas pipeline operations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with equipment, tools and terminology used to build and maintain natural gas transmission systems.
  • Ability to lead a team with strategic objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
