The Sales Financial Analyst role provides financial and business support to the Keysight Global Sales (KGS) organization as part of a worldwide finance team and reports directly to the Global Sales Controller. This support encompasses managing expense planning and reporting deliverables for the broader KGS organization as well as providing business support to the Americas Sales Controller and the Americas Sales organization.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Coordinating monthly expense reporting and forecasting processes on behalf of the KGS organization. Generating expense analyses in support of monthly reviews with the Global Sales Controller. Partnering with the KGS finance team in understanding spending trends and investigating spending anomalies.
• Leading the annual expense setting process for the KGS organization. Developing related expense planning tools, analyses and communications to facilitate the process. Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve overall process efficiency in partnership with the broader KGS finance team.
• Supporting the Americas Sales Controller with region-level analyses of orders, discounts, headcount and expenses. Improving tools and processes related to Americas reporting and monthly close deliverables.
• Working closely with the Global Sales Controller in completing special projects and analyses in support of financial and operational goals of the KGS team.

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in business field such as Accounting, Finance and Economics.
• 4-5 years relevant work experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Proficient with MS Excel.
• Ability to lead global processes and demonstrated initiative in identifying and driving process improvements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with a diverse global team.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills. Ability to multitask in a quick paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and ensuring reliability and accuracy of work.

California pay range: MIN $86,250.00, MIDPOINT $115,000.00 - MAX $143,750.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
