Executive Assistant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic industry and play a key role in organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel across time zones.
  • Track expenses and prepare reports in line with company policies.
  • Assist in meeting preparations, research, and task coordination.
  • Draft correspondence and manage communication, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Organize internal events, including board and staff meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum five years of executive support experience.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
