Atlas Tech, a veteran-owned IT company serving multiple DoD customers in support of America's warfighters, is looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager to join our internal IT team.

We're looking for an experienced, driven, self-starter to manage the integration and optimization of our ERP/CRM, HRM, and ATS applications and services along with additional services in an Azure based secure cloud environment. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing system integrations, improving data flow across applications, and supporting process automation. Security Requirement:



  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to federal security requirements for accessing and managing systems in the GCC High environment.


You Will:



  • Lead enterprise application integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow across ERP/CRM, HRM, and ATS applications and services along with additional services in an Azure based secure cloud environment.
  • Develop and implement API integrations, middleware solutions, and automated workflows to enhance business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Contracts, and Operations teams to align enterprise applications with business needs.
  • Support and maintain data governance, reporting, and analytics, leveraging SQL, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Work within a secure cloud environment, ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS).
  • Provide technical leadership and training on ERP and SharePoint integrations.
  • Troubleshoot system integration issues, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage identity and authentication across integrated applications, including SSO, OAuth, and SAML configurations.


You Have:



  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application integration and system optimization, preferably in government contracting or highly regulated industries.
  • Experienced in managing a team of developers.
  • Advanced knowledge and expertise in ERP (system integrations, automation, reporting).
  • Strong experience with API development, middleware solutions, and process automation (e.g., Power Automate, MuleSoft).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, PowerShell, or similar tools for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience integrating ERP/CRM, HRM, and ATS applications and services.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working in secured cloud environments and knowledge of DoD compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, ITAR).


We'd Be Impressed If You Had:



  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online in a GCC High environment.
  • Specific experience with Acumatica/JAMIS Prime ERP, Paylocity, and ClearCompany.
  • Hands-on experience with business process automation and workflow development.
  • Knowledge of identity and authentication technologies (ADFS, OAuth, SAML, WS-FED).
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as Acumatica ERP Specialist, Microsoft Certified: Azure Integration Services, or JAMIS Administrator Certification.
