TheSummer 2025 StudentNurse Extern Cohort will begin in June 2025 and will run for 10 weeks.You will be working36hoursper week. After successful completion of thecohort, you will have the opportunity toremainon staff in a flexible position (one shift per week), leading up to graduation.

MedStarNational Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) is an award-winning inpatient care hospitallocatedin the heart of Washington, D.C., specializing in treating persons with physical disabilities, including spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, arthritis, amputation, multiple sclerosis, post-polio syndrome, orthopedic, and other neurological conditions.

Qualifications:

Active enrollment as a senior nursing student (or entering senior year) in an RN program. Must be graduating in December 2025 or May 2026. Official transcripts will berequiredat time of hire and at the end of each semester to validateactive enrollment.

No clinical experience outside of nursing schoolisrequired.
