Job Summary
Fishbeck is seeking a dynamic and organized
Employee Engagement Specialist to support our company culture and foster meaningful connections across our regional offices. This role will shape employee experiences that celebrate achievements and enhance employee retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee engagement, event coordination, and program development while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Primary Functions
Strategic Employee Engagement
* Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies with department leadership.
* Develop structured onboarding processes that accelerate new hire integration and productivity.
* Spearhead corporate-wide initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
* Create and manage a year-round events calendar, ensuring seamless coordination across regional offices.
* Establish and oversee engagement budgets across department, office, and company-wide programs.
Program Development & Implementation
* Develop and standardize event procedures, ensuring consistent experiences across all locations.
* Partner with support services teams to execute events across all office locations.
* Measure and demonstrate the impact of engagement initiatives on business outcomes.
Community Impact
* Design and oversee regional volunteer programs that maximize employee participation.
* Build relationships with community organizations to strengthen corporate social responsibility.
* Develop strategic philanthropic initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Identify community engagement opportunities that enhance recruitment efforts.
Desired Education/Licensure
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Desired Skills/Experience
* Proven experience in employee engagement and event management.
* Strong project management and budgeting skills.
* Excellence in cross-functional collaboration.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
