Ensures that a positive example is set for all team members. * Recognizes when team members need coaching and provides immediate coaching when applicable. * Issue refunds and resolves customer concerns. * Trains Retail Team Member IV in delivery of new Retail Team Member training. * Demonstrates a mastery in production and customer service management through evaluation. * Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to a member of store management, appropriate District Manager, and/or Asset Protection department. * Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards. * Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store Manager; see Supervisory Responsibilities below.
