• Pay rate: The entry rate is $18.00 per hour, with the top pay being $21.35 after 4 years.
• The shift is Sunday, Monday and Thursday, starting at 7:00 am

Essential Job Functions:

• Select product and load truck using scan technology.
• Move product between the loading dock and warehouse.
• Shrink wrap and label selected orders.
• Work in multiple areas of the warehouse including dry, refrigerated, perishables, and freezer locations.
• When working in the freezer, McLane provides freezer suites, hats, and gloves.
• Clean spacious warehouse.

• Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with operating a reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift for one year
