The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary University Life was created to develop and enhance the student experience at Columbia University. Working in collaboration with students, faculty, and staff, University Life focuses on enhancing the student experience by strengthening resources, policies, and conversations, and building community outside of the classroom. Reporting to the Director of Education and Training and with a dotted line to the First-Year Experience Coordinator, the Program Administrator for Education and Training will support several key projects focused on training new students including, but not limited to, University-wide programs and requirements, such as Pre-Orientation, Orientation, and the Community Citizenship Initiative. This position will manage administrative operations and logistics ranging from compliance tracking, email communications, building data reports, and workshop/event planning. This role is best suited for someone who is a systems builder, has strong analytical and communication skills, and can navigate an ever-evolving environment.
