Requirements Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, but we are willing to train the proper person. Job Description Job Responsibilities: Actively participates in continuous improvement activities. Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Repairs and lubricates machines and equipment. Orders supplies with purchase requisition according to work orders. Proficient with machinery sequence of operation to locate problem area(s). Proficient with mechanical fitment, thread sizing and assembly. Make repairs and modifications to Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Methanol, and Natural Gas systems. Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments. Repairs and replaces defective mechanical parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts. Records maintenance actions performed in computerized maintenance system. Assists other associates as directed by the Team Leader and/or Supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Education Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience but will to train.
