Position Overview: We're looking for a talented Interior Sales Specialist to join our team, with a focus on window coverings. If you have a love for design and are great with people, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your skills to life. You will have the chance to work directly with clients, helping them bring their vision to life by choosing and installing stylish window treatments that complement and enhance their home decor. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their design needs, style preferences, and functional requirements for their spaces. Create tailored design solutions, with a particular focus on selecting the best window coverings (drapes, shades, blinds, shutters, etc.) that elevate the overall room aesthetics. Offer expert advice on materials, textures, colors, and patterns to enhance the design of a room. Collaborate with other team members to bring designs to life. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to installation. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and window covering innovations. Handle client feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction. Manage the end-to-end process, including quoting, ordering, and overseeing the installation process. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of window coverings and how they complement the overall design of a room. Ability to work closely with clients and translate their needs into beautiful, functional designs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative problem-solving ability.
