We are hiring an entry level environmental scientist to conduct monitoring and land management activities at multiple stream and wetland ecological restoration sites throughout Indiana. The position will be based in our Indianapolis, IN office. Travel throughout the state with multiple overnights is required for this position. Job duties include vegetation restoration, stream and wetland survey and monitoring, invasive species management, data collection and report writing. The position will likely be engaged with our drone conservation specialty services business line. This is a full-time, seasonal position with anticipated 40+ hours/week beginning approximatelyApril 1st and ending October 31st. Knowledge of invasive species treatment techniques including chemical and mechanical means.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on a team, maintain attention to detail, accurately document activities, and work with minimal guidance at times. Degrees / License
