LyondellBasell Basic Function
The Reliability Manager for the Clinton site is responsible for managing reliability in all areas of the Clinton Iowa Complex. The successful candidate will establish long range plans for equipment reliability and organizational structure to reach long-term goals. The position will also coordinate daily activities for reliability functions associated with engineering and technical support. In addition, the role will directly influence Capital Projects and Long Range Capital Plan development, site VEP (Value Enhancement Program), Extraordinary Large Expense Projects, Infrastructure Program Spending, and Reliability Improvement Programs that support site reliability improvement and long term infrastructure health. The role combines a manufacturing management function with forward looking objectives to improve overall site performance with a focus on equipment integrity and proactive response. The incumbent will be part of the site leadership team. Roles & Responsibilities
* Reliability management responsibilities for the Clinton site to drive long term reliability improvement using reliability principles consistent with corporate OE standards. Min. Qualifications
* Engineering BS degree (preferably ME or EE) with minimum of 8 years of experience working in refining, petrochemical or chemical manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications Competencies
