Job Summary
Fishbeck is seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented
Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and employee success. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR support to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
Primary Functions
- Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support:
- Coach leaders on team development, performance management, and employee engagement best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and drive business outcomes.
- Provide consultation on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Employee Relations & Talent Management:
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Guide managers through employee development, promotions, and performance evaluations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and university relations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven solutions for improving retention and performance.
- Program Management & Compliance:
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while managing organizational risk.
- Support compensation planning, including annual reviews and market adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to implement OE initiatives.
- Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.
Desired Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong business acumen and ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Outstanding communication and consultation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Travel to regional offices as needed.
