Job Summary

Fishbeck is seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and employee success. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR support to align workforce strategies with business objectives.

Primary Functions


  • Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support:

    • Coach leaders on team development, performance management, and employee engagement best practices.
    • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and drive business outcomes.
    • Provide consultation on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession management.


  • Employee Relations & Talent Management:

    • Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
    • Guide managers through employee development, promotions, and performance evaluations.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition on full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and university relations.
    • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven solutions for improving retention and performance.


  • Program Management & Compliance:

    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization.
    • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while managing organizational risk.
    • Support compensation planning, including annual reviews and market adjustments.
    • Collaborate with HR Operations to implement OE initiatives.
    • Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.




Desired Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and consultation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Travel to regional offices as needed.
