The Administrative Assistant - Estimating works closely with the staff of the Estimating Department and coordinates certain activities with the Marketing Department. The Administrative Assistant - Estimating assists the Executive Assistant & Compliance Manager in tracking sources of information regarding future and current proposals, assures that RFPs and project documents are acquired and distributed, manages the assembly of price proposals, maintains key databases, and serves as the general administrator for the Estimating Department.

Practical Experience:


  • Minimum of three (3) years of office administration experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Education & Experience:


  • Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.Working knowledge of construction documents and the ability to post Amendments and Addendums is preferred.

Preferred Software:


  • Procore & Bluebeam
  • Adobe Software - InDesign & Photoshop

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills.

Must be a United States Citizen.
