Keysight is seeking an experienced leader with skills to grow the chipset segment within Keysight's wireless business. The Senior Director - Chipset Market Insights & Strategy role leads strategy development, while simultaneously driving business growth. The role requires a deep understanding of the wireless industry, with expertise in the chipset and device ecosystems, and owns the end-to-end customer experience.

The ideal candidate is:

• passionate about engaging with customers and uncovering "what's next"

• adept at translating market intelligence into insights to be leveraged by Keysight's centers of excellence to inform R&D roadmaps

• skilled at collaborating across a broad range of stakeholders spanning executives, R&D, marketing, and sales

• solution oriented and energized by being part of a diverse and dynamic team

The role shapes strategy and execution for cross-functional teams in the planning, development, delivery, and support of Keysight's solutions, and drives business and market growth, representing Keysight with customers, partners, and industry associations.

• A Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong emphasis on 5G technologies.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Wireless industry.

• Deep understanding of RF engineering, wireless communications protocols, signal processing, and test and measurement methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with; ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Proven ability to collaborate globally.

• Agile and responsive to customer needs, focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management.

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnerships.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California pay range: MIN $200,730- MAX $334,540
