As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with customers and internal employees to answer questions regarding their account(s). You just need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers. You should possess exceptional and sincere customer service abilities, along with strong computer skills and savvy problem-solving strategies. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 2+ years of Customer Service 2+ years Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections experience Comprehension of written instructions (including policy and procedure manuals), correspondence, and financial documents Direct store delivery, route accounting, or call center experience is a plus Work in a fast-paced environment and navigate change Good problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Educate customers in a helpful way. (Ability to write and organize formal correspondences) Interest in learning - become the subject matter expert people rely on Ability to handle confidential information Detail-Oriented - Accurately process and record information, ensuring data integrity Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks at the same time Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
