The Sr. Manager, Program Manager will lead and manage key strategic programs within the organization, ensuring that initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Process & Program Management, this role will drive the development, planning, and execution of cross-functional projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. The Sr. Manager, Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, implementing best practices in program management, and providing thought leadership to enhance overall operational efficiency. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects. Strong experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with the ability to apply best practices to diverse programs. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Experience with risk management and issue resolution, with the ability to proactively mitigate risks to program success. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in program management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana). Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible
