As an Associate, Quality Assurance Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring services, processes, and facilities follow the organization's Quality Assurance (QA) standards, international standards, and government regulations.

In this role you will

• Establish quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring quality and drives improvements.
• Conduct process quality audit and documents inspection records.
• Understand external standards such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Lean Six Sigma for quality in their industry field.
• Execute and support quality system activities to include Quality Metrics, Audit Management, Veeva administration (documentation and training), Change Control, Artwork, and support review of regulatory documentation and requests.
  
  WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

PREFERRED:

• General MS Office Skills; ease and familiarity navigating MS Excel
