Job Summary

As a Global Client Executive (GCE), you will be responsible for leading the global sales activity within 1-3 Strategic accounts to achieve assigned global sales quota for that account. You will lead thecollaboration and coordination of all sales and pre-sales roles associated with the account across theworld to develop and grow the NetApp business in the account. The GCE serves as a trusted advisor tothe customer's senior leadership and uses business acumen and technical expertise to influencecustomer decisions to maximize global revenue from the account.

Exposure to &/or working relationship with Disney is Highly Desired.

Job Requirements

Collaborate with downstream Client Executives to create relationship maps within assigned accounts
and plans to expand depth and quality of relationships with buyers and influencers

* Consolidate and develop global account plans and work with assigned Global Technology Specialists
and downstream account teams to develop a long-term product strategy for new and existing NetApp
product lines.
* Lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales cycle including pipeline generation, qualification, solution
design, global pricing and quoting, global deal/contract negotiation
* Act as a sales orchestrator, pulling in the right experts, at the right place and right time.
* Oversee multiple concurrent sales motions (some owned by specialist sellers or even other sales roles)
to ensure a customer-centric approach, while not inhibiting other sellers or specialists from hunting for
opportunities
* Lead partner co-selling efforts in the account.

* Achieve global quota for assigned accounts
* Drive adoption of NetApp cloud products and services

Education

Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
* Deep understanding of the customers goals and ability to demonstrate value to clients
* Ability to lead and collaborate with downstream account teams
* Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple concurrent selling
efforts by NetApp sales specialists and partners
* Ability to speak credibly on a variety of modern computing, storage and cloud technologies/concepts
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* 10+ years of enterprise relevant technology sales experience desired.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 329,885 - 426,910 USD . The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
