Department:ICE | NRSL Pastoral Care IP CDepartment's Website: Summary of Job Duties:The Staff Chaplain is responsible for the delivery of pastoral care to patients, their loved ones and to hospital staff in a manner that fosters a committed patient-and family-centered approach to care that is both interdisciplinary and collaborative which ensures the engagement of patient and family care and decision-making processes. The Chaplain will have responsibility to ensure that religious and pastoral care needs of the patients and their loved ones are met in the areas to which the chaplain is assigned.
