Leads deployment of new molds, tooling, and equipment. Displays clear understanding and ability to ensure that project goals meet Customer and Aptar's requirements. Demonstrates ability to work in a multi-disciplined group to effectively develop and commercialize new molds, tooling and equipment, meeting all objectives and schedules. Exhibits ability to communicate clearly, using both verbal and written skills. Displays technical credibility in working with Customers, Suppliers and Aptar's Operations to ensure successful execution of assigned projects.

* Deploy new molds, tooling, and equipment from pilot phase through industrial manufacturing transfer using a Stage Gate Methodology.
* Meet deliverables and milestones of deployment: on time/within budget/meeting requirements.
* Resolve technical issues and conflicts well within the team, stakeholders, customers and vendors.
* Strong behavior to deliver results, push technical limits, impact project results outside of discipline and bring new techniques, methodologies and technologies to further discipline.

Required Qualifications
Education
* Four-year degree as it relates to the functions outlined above.
Experience
* Minimum 10+ years' experience.
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
* Injection and/or Compression molds and equipment.
* FMEA, Risk Analysis, and Contingency planning experience.
Preferred Experience
* Statistical Process Analysis Proficiency.
* Working Knowledge of Design of Experiments.
* Injection Molding knowledge.
* Familiar with Six Sigma tools.
* Component finishing and Automated Assembly knowledge.
