ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supervise, train, and mentor assigned Program Support Coordinators, creating a team environment which fosters problem solving and task effectiveness, and maximizes the use of available resources to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Manage performance, handle employee relations and issues, as well as promote and engage a positive work environment.
• Manage the Program Support Coordinator functions to ensure the needs of Management Council Committees, Task Groups, Staff Engineers and Program Managers are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to meetings and committees, data management and reporting, content management, customer service including the Industry Managed line, and managing workload distribution among Coordinators.
• Maintain accreditation metrics and proactively communicate issues and successes to upper management.
• Drive continuous improvement by fostering an environment of trust, innovation, collaboration and open communication.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in business or related field; Will accept experience in lieu of education.
• Excellent analytical skills for identifying opportunities for process improvements and creating workflows.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a Computer, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set and meet deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk.
• Standard office environment.
