Job Title: High Voltage Field Service Specialist

How you'll make an impact

  • Perform complex field service operations requiring strong technical skills.
  • Deliver professional services in installation, maintenance, repairs, and more.
  • Exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating their needs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and proactively prevent issues.
  • Identify and resolve electrical or mechanical problems with minimal assistance.
  • Develop potential sales and business opportunities through customer knowledge.
  • Lead field service projects and provide direction and analysis.
  • Conduct tests and compile data to resolve operating problems.

Your background

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes.
  • Trade education or experience in Industrial Mechanic and Electrical trades.
  • College or university diploma/degree in a technical field is an asset.
  • More than 5 years of experience in technical field service work.
  • Hands-on experience with high voltage equipment up to 800kV.
  • Knowledge of electrical testing and substation construction.
  • Leadership experience in coordinating and leading crews on projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and test equipment software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the US.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.
