White Pine Innovations is seeking a full-time Senior Financial Analyst in the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Resolve financial transaction issues, conducting detailed research and analysis to identify and fix errors or systemic issues.
- Maintain and update the Training Management Plan.
- Develop and deliver suite training (both in-person and virtual) to client's personnel, focusing on core functionalities and new features.
- Create and update system documentation, user guides, and job aids specific to client's configurations to improve user proficiency.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
- Create and implement virtual training courses following eLearning standards and developing interactive course content.
- Assist with user role mapping, supporting training, testing, and production environments.
- Support expenditure processing, resolving issues with disbursements, invoices, and cost transfers independently.
- Prepare and submit weekly unmatched disbursement reports.
Basic Qualifications:
- Due to the nature of the contract, a US. citizenship is required.
- 6 years of full-time experience (including internships) providing financial management related services.
- Bachelor's degree discipline: Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or other related business, scientific or technical discipline.
- Unless otherwise noted, education and experience may be substituted on a 1:1 basis.
