We are looking for a Global Commercialization Manager to support our product introduction for the Life Sciences and Diagnostics Group (LDG). The Commercialization Manager will drive consistent commercialization success across our new and existing portfolio within LDG, focusing on the Cell Analysis portfolio. In this critical role, you will lead and execute the successful launch of our cutting-edge products to maximize market adoption, commercial success and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in project management, data-driven strategy formation, and cross-functional collaboration will be pivotal in delivering innovative solutions to scientists and researchers worldwide. In this role you will partner directly with key stakeholders across multiple functions including Product Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Sales Channels, Sales Enablement and Product Support. The role forms part of the wider Agilent Launch Excellence Team. Launch Excellence consists of Commercialization Managers, Channel Development Managers, as well as a Center of Excellence for optimizing our Commercialization playbook and building appropriate tools to support product launches across the Agilent Enterprise. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $135,840.00 - $254,700.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
